I dislike many of our political leaders but I am not Anti American. This country is the F’N greatest go see the documentary on HBO called Citizen U.S.A and then listen to Immortal Technique and see if you agree with his view of America. In the middle east women can’t vote drive cars. Gays and Lesbians are killed. The world will never be a peaceful place until all religion is cleared and money and power do not exist. Until then be grateful you live in the U.S where you can listen to immortal, bumpin in your new whip, while in Guatemala some poor kid your age is working some hard azz labor job and barely making ends meat. Think About it!!!!! Be grateful the U.S won and we get to have democracy because in Iran you’ll just get blasted like NEDA. There’s a lot of wrong in this country but there’s a lot of right in here too.

14. Yes indeed, I really like this poste. WHY? Because it sparks some thought and conversation. Way more than 90% of the bullshit on the internet does anyways. But on the reel, Immortal is ill because he speaks his mind and exposes truth from his POV. Not to mention, he is a sick artist who actually has something to say… which was what hip hop was meant to be in the first place.

    @ Behind – I don’t think Tech hates America, he just isn’t biting his lip about the truth behind all this freedom we have, and what it took to get to this point, those who don’t study history are doomed to repeat it, remember that 100 years ago if you had a drop of color in you, you were not considered a human.

18. @blackhandjack, I get where you coming from but it would be naive to believe freedom is just given and no blood would have to be shed to obtain such a right.

    I’m not blind to the crimes america has done and has continued to do in the past and present. All i’m simply saying is no matter how bad you believe it is here and how bullshit our government is. it is actually better than anywhere else in the world. What you consider poverty here in the U.S is similar to being a well off middle class family in the third world. I believe Immortal should focus more on showing these kids how to spend there money what type of career choices to make to get ahead in life and what not, but I understand if he raps about this issue no one would really give a fuck therefore he caters to an audience that loves and lives all this conspiracy and anti-government shit. I would just like to ask him ….What would you do if you where in charge??? and how would you bring peace to states and idiology that have been at war for hundreds of years? …The belief that the world will one day be one and peaceful is utterly wrong. 20. @south, partially agree??? There is no grey area when it comes to religious fanatics. How the book reads is law that’s why it’s wonderful to live in the US where there is a separation of church and state. As much as people like to be politically correct that is what essentially is hurting us. Islamic Extremist do not partially see anything it’s their way or the highway.
