Yelawolf Talks Twitter, Gangsta Of Love Leak (Audio)

Last night, Yelawolf called into Green Lantern’s Invasion Radio to talk about the recent leak of his track with CyHi; having some choice words for the “asshole” responsible. This is where it sucks to be labeled a “blogger” imo. The folks that actually care about the culture and want to see the artists succeed catch a bad wrap because they get lumped in the same group as the people out there that have nothing but malicious intent when it comes to leaking material. Sure, the dopehouse (and other respected sites) will put up unauthorized content at times; and I’m not denying that. But the difference is, we’ll take it down as soon as someone requests we do so (without question). This game is a double-edged sword.

  3. It’s ok, nobody likes Yelawolf anyways. Or it might just be me, I find him annoying. Everytime his verse starts on “Bulletproof” I cringe a little. Ruins a great damn song.

  4. taking down doesnt matter as its been downloaded and posted by 200 0ther bloggers. if you REALLY respect the artist you should be trying to clear the leak with management or someone in the artist circle before hand. I know for these small time bloggers this isn’t an option but dudes of your stature have contacts to these dudes. Unless you really only care about the pageviews, which 99% of bloggers do.

  10. Yea I seen him on Twitter, and he went off! Like he was pissed the fuck off! But I understand why he was pissed, it has to suck ass. But I’m a big fan of Yelawolf and “Gangsta of Love” is growin’ on me. It ain’t his best, but it ain’t terrible. Respect.
