lol Before or after the movie were he gets famous for doing a track on some gay ass 80 music? I remember biggie being not considered a “street raper” anymore for doing too many collabos with r&b singers…
There’s 2 type of “real” emecees, the one who gets fake & famous and the underground broke forever artist who ain’t changed shit in his style in the past 15 years + bonus the ones in jail/dead.
Even if you don’t like it’s an important part of why hip hop isn’t dead anymore.
