    Crooked I is a better rapper than Rick Ross, but Rick Ross makes better songs. Sorry if this offends you but, yes, it is the truth. Nobody fucking wants to listen “Everyday” or “Boom Boom Clap.” So, yeah, Crooked can spit that lyrical lyrical lyrical shit all he wants over other rapper’s beats. But at the end of the day, his solo songs suck, and everybody enjoys Rick Ross’s.

    I didn’t realize me saying Rick Ross makes better songs than Crooked I means I’m a HUGE FAN. Tell Crooked I to stop making fucking freestyles for 15 years and put out a real album. You know, before, he turns 50.

  31. THIS is the type of shit i’ve been waiting on from Crooked I. Other than Joe Budden, the rest of the slaughterhouse camp is pigeon holed to one thing; PUNCHLINE RAPS. This is a dope record that I hope is a part of a dope album. This track would be 100% complete with a feature from Killer Mike considering this song is ripped page from Mike’s book of “I Pledge allegiance to the Grind”. It has “That’s Life” written all over it.

    Crooked I has plenty of songs where its not only punchlines but an actual topic to it. The difference is that crooked I has been actually switching up rhyme schemes and flows in many occasions.Also it isnt just multi-syllabic babbling, it also includes metaphors and punchlines that complete the rhyme scheme which isnt easy to do. plus rick ross touches on rich lifestyle, drugs and money..if he were puttin out acapellas his shit wood not be as out there as it is now..his songs do good mainly because of the beats.. i hear people say they like his shit mostly cuz of the beat they dont mention flow nor lyrics as much
