One of the most important things MCs need is a voice that people recognize and Quest has that. I’m looking forward to hearing more original music from him this year.

^^ I can understand the Drake part, but Cole? Nothing in that song relates to Cole in anyway. Cole wasn’t raised by parents (his mom is a single parent), he grew up in the hood, he wasn’t an actor, he didn’t go to private school, and there is nothing gimmicky about him. He was for sure talking about Drake, but there is nothing regarding Cole.

God I hope major labels don’t fuck up this kid’s music once they get wind of em… He talks about real shit and is so much nicer than most artists doing shit… I’d love to hear him over some of spitta’s production team or over XV’s crew seven & TheAwesomeSOund!
