Before anything, I have to shout out the homie DJ Spintelect – the first person to help me out and give pointers when I decided to start spinning – for rocking The Colbert Report stage. Last night, Talib was on one of my favorite programs where – after schooling Stephen on the term “swag” and giving him a fitted cap (it vintage Colbert fashion) – he performed Gutter Rainbows‘ “Cold Rain” and “Get By” from Quality.
