  17. Wayne doesnt ride beats because he switches his pace alot , sometimes 3 or 4 times in one song. He doesnt have a consistent pace like say Fabs flow ( like a coupe breezin at 90 thats the reason they signed me ). Wayne just raps he doesnt even listen to the beat because hes been rapping for so many years the beats dont influence his flow anymore. Biggie probably had the best flow as far adapting to the beat.
