  13. How is !llmind bitin’ DJ Khalil? I don’t hear it, but maybe ya ears hear some similarities that I don’t. Whateva tho…….Stans will be Stans. DJ Khalil is fav’ producer right now by the way. Followed by Kryhsis, !llmind, Marco Polo, DJ Spinna, Ski Beats, M-Phazes, Black Milk, Young RJ, 9th Wonder and few that I can’t name right now.

  14. Whoever is saying that illmind is biting dj khalil, STOP! U guys have obviously never heard all of his work. Some of his beats when he uses samples sounds nothing like khalil, and u guys have obviously never heard live from the tape deck album all the way through, the fortilive album or his behind the curtain album. I swear niggas cant let artists be themselves, always gotta compare someone to other people whether its a producer or rapper.

  18. @what the hell?…let artists do themselves…well tell illmind to be original… ive heard bothe live from the tdk and fortlive,which are both dope and original, but on this track and few older ones from last year, he uses simular melodys and arps to dj khalil…. no originality in these tracks

    @1 i dont think its fair to base illmind’s overrall production style to those few tracks that u say ill is biting khalil since u are aware of what he can do beat wise. Besides was dj khalil biting dj premier w/ the very first self scientific album? some ppl said he sounded like premier on that bitch. Does blackmilk bite j dilla? some ppl say some of his beats sound like dilla made them. Point is u can go dig into any producers catalog and listen to their work and compare and contrast to other producers just like u can listen to some artists and compare and contrast their rhyming style to another. I think thats why he says let the musicians do them.
