  1. Damn Tinie doin’ it big! I’m happy for the nigga he realized his dreams and also got a USA buzz, his music was all over da world last summer.

  2. Tinie is such a terrible lyricist.

  3. I think I’m prejudiced against all hip hop coming out of the UK. Their style of rapping and the accent are poison to my ears.

  4. UK has dope rappers but Tinie is not one of them

  5. I just want to remind everyone that the rapper that was going to flop, known as Wiz Khalia has just got himself a gold certified.

  6. Typical Tinie track … Wiz just don’t sound comfortable on it.

  7. You know, every time a young dude comes from another country and is getting exposure in the states I want to like them… I just can’t get down with UK rappers, their accents just bother me for some reason when in rap form.

  8. the fuck is a tinie tempa?

  9. Tinie is ok, terrible lyricist though. for people that wanna check out some serious UK talent -
K Koke is one of the dopest out of the UK thats why hes been signed by jay-z. check out his track MY NOTE. that ones produced by me ;)

  10. I’m not surprised that US peeps can’t get into Tinie’s music, here in the UK it’s only really school kids that listen to him & we don’t concider him a hip hop artist. If u wanna hear some hip hop from the UK, here’s a few artists u should check out: Swiss, Blak Twang, Klashnekoff, Lowkey, Cash, Akala, Kasha, Mic Righteous, Tor Cesay (Female MC). But u prob won’t see any of them on here anytime soon unless 2DopeBoyz start looking into UK artists who ain’t trying to break the US.

  12. Tinie Tempah – Hood Economics is his best tune and he should probably re-release that shit since he’s a pretty big deal these days.

  13. Blak Twang, Akala and Klash are pretty fucking sick if I must say

  14. This is a proper example of UK hiphop
Kyza Smirnoff – Cold Steel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0PpQC_uHSs

  15. Can’t listen to rappers with accents…I just cant do it.

  16. Is Tinie Tempah the Wiz Khalifa of the UK? Cuz thats what it sounds like. (And yes I know that Wiz is on this, to all you smartasses).

  17. Hey MEKA di you guys ever post that fabulous, wiz khalifa, and Roscoe dash song off of the new gansta grillz its called “your the one”.ITs been in rotation down here in Atlanta

  18. redskullbeats< HILARIOUS..so cos ur on kkokes tune..u champion him..hes definetly not better than tinie dude lol. im not sayin tinie cant rap but u cant say hes crap..then give k koke as an example of a great rapper haha all k kokes does is that fake gangster im a thug from london rap

  19. UK!!!
tinie doin it big, not really a lyricist but still makes great music. we still have some great spitters tho… lowkey, akala, skepta, giggs

  20. Disc-Overy was one of the dopest albums of the year if you don’t consider him a rapper. His Grime style with dubstep influences is really sick.

And yes I am a big Dubstep fan

  21. People in the UK do consider him a hip-hop artist, just one that gained himself some exposure, which there’s nothing wrong with. Disc-Overy was mostly dope but let down by a few generic beats, and Tinie might lack in lyricism but he doesn’t in delivery or accessibility.

and nah, he isn’t really the UK’s Wiz, he’s actually had comparisons to early Kanye (i.e. having an attitude and some clumsy punchlines)

With all that said.. I don’t like this song much

  22. fuck this guy for ruining “miami 2 ibiza”

  23. Tinie Tempah is by no stretch of the imagination a rapper. He’s a Grime, pop artist stroke rhymer. The only people in the UK that consider him a rapper are kids/ teens as @ThaBeatWithin stated. This is probably partly due to the media labeling any black person doing music a rapper. If you listen to the media Vybz Kartel is a rapper!!! The UK did have a damn big base for quality rap acts in the 90′s Unanimous Decision, Krispy 3, Korperayshun, Blak Twang, Roots Manuva etc

  24. He isa rapper though. He raps.

  25. If you wanna call that rapping……

  26. I know people other than kids who consider him a rapper… even though crossover rap like his will mostly draw teenage listeners. Either way he’s made better crossover music than the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Professor Green, Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk etc.

Roots Manuva, Klashnekoff, Blak Twang, Akala, Jehst, and plenty others are great, but not being like them doesn’t make Tinie any less a rapper

  27. @red saying ”I think I’m prejudiced against all hip hop coming out of the UK. Their style of rapping and the accent are poison to my ears.” Slick Rick is a hip-hop artist, came out of the UK, one of the most influential hip-hop artist ever and has a unique style, MF Doom came out of the UK, he’s huge in hip-hop and most hip-hop fans recognise him and compliment either his lyrics or production, and the mask gives him a unique image, one of the most unique looking characters in hip-hop right now, both from the UK, do your research

  28. Shortened down
Slick Rick- Born in the UK and became one of the most influential hip-hop artists of all time and a unique style
MF Doom- Born in the UK, widely-complimented lyrics and production and a unique image
Individuality @ ability to influence generations=winning
There are more UK hip-hop artists with styles similar to doom’s, just we have our ”lil wayne”s too, tinie tempah is one of them

  29. cmon son counting mf doom as a british rapper just cause he was born there is reaching pretty hard…you’d never know unless someone told you. he was raised in new york his whole life .

  30. when they gonna bring kano to america. he’s doper than 90 percent of rappers here

  31. Tinie is good at what he does, but he is by no means a hip hop/rap artist. He’s grime/pop as far as I’m concerned. I don’t like this song too much but I do like some of his music & I’m a fan of many different genres. I agree with Margaman & ThaBeatWithin, if you want to hear UK hip hop, this is not it!

  32. Shit.

  33. Tinie is a weak rapper. He is not a rapper, he is a pop artist. He is the lil wayne or wiz of UK. That is not a good thing because these artists only care about what the radio wants to hear. You want some real UK talent? Check out Devlin, Ghetts, Skepta, Giggs, Klashnekoff, Wretch 32, and Mercston. Not all these pop artists like Tinie or Tinchy.
