    Pretty typical soul-sampling production palette, dull hooks, with lyrics not strong enough to make songs stand out. Though its not about flashy clothes, cars and stuff… but that don’t mean its automatically good shit !!

    Despite the few good moments, “All C.I.T.Y.” does not provide enough memorable moments to earn itself a recommendation. 2.5/5
