  1. did he forget to put out muscle car chronicles? or did I just miss that?

  2. didn’t even mention muscle car chronicles #fuckinup

  3. did spitta get amnesia in the recent weeks and forgot about all his work on Muscle car chronicles? and fuck is a covert coup? nigga cant even pronounce “coup”

  4. I dont know about y’all but that muscle car project sounds weak from the little that I heard. Do needs to go to sleep after this year. No man can keep a loyal fan base at this rate of releases. Maybe he will prove me wrong tho.

  5. Simple minded fucks^^

  6. Skididididiiiii

  7. MUSCLE CAR MAY 15TH

  8. Curresy is dope no doubt BUT ive said it before , I wonder if he knows his own worth? I like free music all day but eventually hes gonna bring down his value by releasing all this free music. He needs to play at a major level now cause its nothing more the underground can offer him.

  9. Who cares about Muscle Car Chronicles, i agree from what i heard and knowing “McKenzie Eddy” or whatever was part of it, not my cup of lean. I was like wtf? at first but i think it’s for the better that this project was scrapped or shelved.

  10. ^ marty mcfly you suggest, for him to go mainstream? Those narrow minded fools will have no idea what Curren$y is about! #JetLife

  11. @ZeroKool one track leaked and your calling it weak?

Muscle Car Chronicles got pushed back for whatever reason. It’s actually been done since before Pilot Talk I. I honestly just wanna see the Muscle Car Chronicles movie i’m over the album but i don’t think it’ll be weak by any means but if you don’t like the rock beats and stuff like that than fuck it don’t cop the album when it drops.

  12. @ Joeyc , im just sayin once an artist gets a fanbase , money , power and respect , what are they posed to do after that ? Stay underground for what ? Im not saying change his music , im saying he should change the playing field.

  13. @marty mclfy, you have a valid point. However Curren$y Keeps it real, he has his own field in the sky “Airbourne Aquarium” he even said the world is a fucked up place, get high! create your own, that’s exactly what he’s doin’ “Never cared about the fame, cause that shit don’t last 2 long” (YoungRoddy) keepin’ it real!

  14. yeah, he’s got a big enough fan base by this point to start releasing his projects for profit. Most kids in the mainstream probably wouldn’t listen, but fuck em anyways.

  15. i agree with my boy @joeyc 100% . yhem fools aint ready for them Jetsss !

  16. Keeping it real is going to the biggest level you can get to. Not staying in a comfortable space because you think the mainstream aint cool. When Outkast dropped ATiens the mainstream accepted them so I think they can appreciate Currensy. The mainstream is the majority of hip hop fans so they can understand almost everything. Currensy is not making super underground shit , he talks about weed and girls and airplanes so I think he would do well in the mainstream arena.

  17. But ATLiens was such a different time from now. Back then ppl were more willing to listen to an artist theyve never heard of. But now a days if you dont do a track with wayne or kanye, you aint shit. And thats just how it goes. Curren$y understands that, and knows exactly what he’s doing. JetLife, realize its not just words to this man, its his way of life.

  18. martymcfly< co sign.

  19. But ATLiens was such a different time from now.
    —————————–
THE differnce is outkast were “mainstream” and underground in their topic coverage both at the same time. currencys content wud still fit rite in with a lil wayne young money collabo cos ALL he talks about is weed girls and cars. and grinding and haters. nothing else. his beats arent always so mainstream tho.

  20. Everybody makes a valid point but artists like ODD Future and Kid Cudi are fueled by mainstream support even though their music isnt that radio friendly. Currensy on the other hand if you take his Pilot Talk albums and rearrange songs and if a machine put some marketing dollars behind those albums , without even changing the music. You could see his sound has mainstream appeal. Currensy is leading all the other rappers who try to rap like him and call themselves JETS , so he has to continue to go up in levels of the game to clear a path for them to follow. If Currensy was on the radio he would fit right in cause both the beats he raps on and his content are both easy to digest.

  21. and if Jet Life is a way of life or a culture then the mainstream is where he should be because those artists hop on jets like we jump in our cars. Trust me Currensy thinks he knows Jet life until hes seen it from a mega superstars view. Most of the people who throw up the JETS sign will never see the inside of a jet in their life and thats not a diss cause flying commercial serves the same purpose but I dont think Jet Life is a way of life , I think its about having a vision of success.

  22. ^this nigga but anyone noticed how much smoke was filled around the set durin the end of the interview? damn near set off the fire alarm in the building karmaloop staff all blowed.

  23. CurrenSy is one of those artist who won’t get the proper respect he deserves until he’s no longer rapping.

  24. Spitta said it hisself, “Bein real is a paycut”

  25. did that stupid nigga forget PT1 & PT2 was sold in stores not free?
