Lil B – What It Feel Like (rmx) f. Twista

Lil B reminds me of that oddball DirecTV commercial with that Russian who has a miniature pet giraffe; it makes absolutely no sense at times but it’s crazy to watch.

  17. Nigga Kendrick Lamar and Lupe co-signed Lil B so imma ride wid him and searched more tracks. Nigga actually got some real good tracks. Look up ‘Cold War, The Growth, Motivation and The Trap. He talk about some real shit, all he try to do is bring positive change to the game. Yeh he said some suspect shit, but it got him famous. Name another unsigned rapper who gave a show for over 1000 people Gig in NY and who got vids on youtube with millies of views + a huge fanbase. SWAG SWAG, THAN I DROP MY ROOF, THAN I FUCK YO BITCH

  18. just cuz there is a cosign doesn’t mean anything… LOL! “yea man I mean diddy cosigned dude….he ill right?” IJS, this is ok.. Nice to see the Bay Area getting some type of hype as opposed to none. He is no heavy hitter lyrically or skill wise… but then again neither is soulja… waka….a number of people that are on the over saturated ‘blogashpere’

  19. who cares who co-signed make ur own calls

  20. lol @ Youngstulla.. preeeeeach

  21. honestly, anybody who hates on Lil B’s music simply doesn’t understand the message in his music and what he’s trying to do. when i first heard Lil B i thought he was literally the worst rapper i’d ever heard. he grabbed my attention and i started researching about him and one day it all clicked and made sense. music has never had somebody take this type of approach to it.

if it hasen’t clicked for you yet, shut the fuck up in these comment sections because you hating on the man’s music only shows that you simply DON’T UNDERSTAND IT. you’re sitting here thinking Lil B is the ignorant one, when in fact the ones hating are the ones that are ignorant. This is Lil B’s message. spread positivity and don’t automatically judge other people so quickly.

    Thank you Based God

if you’re sitting behind your computer typing in a comment section about how stupid/horrible/ignorant Lil B and his music is, you simply don’t understand it and in turn YOU are the ignorant one. This is Lil B’s message. spread positivity and don’t be so quick to judge another person.

    Thank you Based God

  23. Actually the approach Lil B takes in his music has been done a thousand times by a thousand different artists who put bullshit songs out but still have other songs with some substance in them. I could name 100 Lil Bs that have all came before him. So I dont know why people think what hes doing is so new cause Its been done before. Only think is Lil B takes his gimmick to the max and even his most lyrical songs with substance are delivered with such lack of skills its ridiculous. NO Thanks Based God.

  24. i give the BASED GOD fad a year..TOPS.

  25. ^^ive listened to loads of his songs, and hes got alot of dope songs like mama, dead prez freestyle, street dreams etc..but not every1 has got to like him. he cant b liked by every1 cos every1 has different tastes and he does put out GARBAGE..which his fans admit but say he does it to trick ppl “and if u listen to more his stuff ull hear age of information ” blah blah… bottoom line is no 1 HAS to like him.

  26. @basedlandlord

  29. i dont give a fuck what i say hahaha

  30. Fans of Lil B are gonna say people like me are hating on him but thats just assumption cause for the most part people give him a pass. Just like the people who cosign him but dont start thinking that people are ignorant cause they dont like Lil Bs music. Lil B is on the come up so people like Diddy and Lupe cosign him so he can make his money because they dont wanna knock his hustle but musically they aint really impressed.

  31. co-sign YoungStulla

  32. This song is meh to me

  33. he will not be liked by those whom only respect the best. he is the perfect fix, although, for us hip hop heads who appreciate a little ignorance every now and then. he is hood, real and young hip hop.

  41. Thank You Based God for Blessing us with this Based Music, We thank you with our Bitches, fuck them while we watch in amazement

  42. @Billy Clint

I love people having opinions about a certain type of music (good or bad), I just hate that half the comments become directed at fans and supporters that talk about they don’t know real hip hop when that’s simply not always the case.

  43. I usually try not to post negative shit unless I got somethin constructive to say but ummm… Nigga suck… flat out! If you gon blatantly be this bad, at least don’t let the vocals sound like you recorded them thru the mic on your macbook. A word to you followers diggin this disrespectful to the game ass shit, different doesn’t always mean better. This is shit!

  44. ABLACKTV IS HERE NO FEAR:

first off… Who cares who cosigns who! Have a mind of your on. U riding with somebody cuz someone else is…thats stupid…

2nd… for yall saying 2DBZ shouldnt post this. they are a business at the end of the day. and lil b post if you havent noticed, good or bad, are getting the most comments, hate or love, which means the most clicks, which means the most viewers… if you hate it..and u comment ure only helping Lil B cause…

the industry is fueled by hate…the most hated are becoming the most successful…Kanye West, Chris Brown, Charlie Sheen, Miami Heat, Kobe Bryant….the more hate, the more attention..the bigger ppl get…if u dont like it simply move on dont feel to the need to express your hate in hopes that you curve other opinions..have your on thoughts

their is plenty of good hip hop out here…so dont say Lil B is destroying it, say your mad he’s somewhere you feel YOU, ME, or others deserve to be…

I dont like Lil B music. I never will. I’ve listen to his quote on quote good and bad songs…but I realized it doesnt matter what we like…it matter who has the biggest buzz in the industry and that buzz can be fueled by hate or love…but either way, buzz = money…n you can’t knock a nigga for getting his piece before it spoils…

We have to have mind of our on…and we have to cease this atmosphere of hate. At the end of the day he’s another black man, undeducated trying to make it the only way HE knows how…I can no longer hate and judge someone for doing something that I feel should be done differently…we all gotta do better…and no matter how bad I feel he is….he still has a buzz, and that folks is what its all about having in the internet age/ swag era… @ablacktv on twitter I shoot music videos in atl, dc, nyc, and charlotte http://www.ablacktv.com

  45. To ablack’s comment above:

“the industry is fueled by hate…the most hated are becoming the most successful…Kanye West, Chris Brown, Charlie Sheen, Miami Heat, Kobe Bryant….the more hate, the more attention..the bigger ppl get…if u dont like it simply move on dont feel to the need to express your hate in hopes that you curve other opinions..have your on thoughts”

This doesn’t change the fact that you have no talent. You get famous off a gimmick… So fuckin what? Eventually all that hate is going to turn to indifference, and when that happens you don’t have anyone that gives a fuck about you anymore, whereas talent can’t really be replaced. This flavor of the week shit really ain’t gonna stop, but it is unsustainable fame in the long run.

The names you listed above are all bigger names than a fuckin Lil B and most of them have talent and are established. You market yourself as a gimmick and that’s all you’ll ever be in most people’s eyes.

True talent is irreplaceable. An image is not. And by the way, clicking on a Lil B post does not generate any revenue for him whatsoever.

  46. @d-bo you’ve clearly missed my points completely…

Talent doesnt matter to gain fame is the point. Yes those I names are talented. But is Rihanna talented, Ke$ha, Waka Flocka, to name some lesser examples…no lil B is no where near Kanye West but the hate he recieves is only catapulting him to have a platform as big as Kanye’s…

So what if your gimmick fades…if it is in fact a gimmick…so what. If thats all you can achieve, you achieve and milk it for all it’s worth until it fades out.

You are right about true talent and I totally agree with you…but its not a matter of talent in the industry today. n talent is becoming perception. You may percieve talent to be lyrical ability, delivery, content, substance, flows, productivity…others may percieve talent to be how many ppl can this guy get to a venue…

and no clicking on a Lil B post doesnt generate instant revenue… but it generates instant buzz, and like I said… buzz = $$$

    simple math

    http://www.ablacktv.com @ablacktv on twitter

  47. Dude sucks lol…i downloaded this shit based on twista’s verse….B said ‘I don’t care what i say’….NGA apparently cuz thats trash an ur a rapper???? HMMMM

  48. Just Stop. Lil B is like a retarded CH who can’t read and should quit.

  49. Uhm everyone in music has a gimmick or is a gimmick (or world for that matter), calm down with throwing that around.

And take notice of the words of one of the greatest guitarists of all time just enter this at the end of youtube. /watch?v=7tAIhiinaw8

And the talent level of the industry is pretty bad everything is about hard work and making connections (fanbase/industry wise) which I do prefer. People that sleep and ride their 10 secs of fame get that. People who stay on their grind switching it up providing content last.

  50. Well put Ablacktv, but the thing that gets me is that the artists out there doing this for a quick dollar are the ones that are essentially killing the game itself.

Marketing has always had more to do with success than talent. Success is about perception. Perception of success is more important than actual success.

If you look at the 90s era of hiphop, you see almost a totally different genre of music when compared to most stuff out there right now. A lot of the artists back then just came out with dope shit, Shit from the heart, not thinking about “is my record gonna get played on the radio?”, they did that shit for the love. It wasn’t till you had the Puff Daddys and Jermaine Dupris come in that shit got all fucked up. They brought in too much $$ and took it all for themselves. They marketed poppy hip hop to kids and they ate that shit up, bringin sub-par rappers into the game that should have never been called rappers to begin with. Next thing you know everyone jumping on that bandwagon cuz they sick of not getting cash. Like a disease that paper chase spreads to all artists in the game and you get dope rappers starting to make poppy shit too cuz it sells, not realizing that they’re hurting the fanbase that initially brought them the fame.

My example of this is Fat Joe. Dude used to drop some dope shit with DITC. Here’s the chronology of his career… Dude doesn’t see that much cash with DITC, starts makin poppy shit, loses his initial fanbase while attracting mainstream fans, makes mad loot, drops more commercial shit, loses mainstream fans, makes more poppy shit, sales drop, goes back to grittier sound to attract his initial fanbase, can’t sell 13k in his first week and his album was his best in years.

Shit is a damn shame, but that is the society we live in.

And I disagree that everyone is a gimmick. Everyone is an individual, which is what makes artists different from one another. Gimmicks in my judgement are deceptive. Disguising yourself as something you aren’t to generate additional interest. Having a plan or strategy is different from being a gimmick.

  51. @d-bo , I dont think Fat Joe changed up , I think the fans did. Fat Joe kept his music consistently hip hop from 93-2002 and people didnt give him his proper respect as a rap pioneer so he started making commercial shit and even his most mainstream song Lean Back is on some street shit really. People just skim through Joes music when if they really peeped game on his albums they would see hes one of the realest. Artists that HAVE to use a gimmick just aint at the top of their game. Good music is like the truth and the truth is the truth any way you put it. Artists that use gimmicks have lost the connect between their art and reality in some ways cause real life is nothing like a music video most times.

  52. “It wasn’t till you had the Puff Daddys and Jermaine Dupris come in that shit got all fucked up.”

Ayo Puff introduced arguably the best rapper to do it so far and helped craft the (near) masterpiece Ready to Die. Sure he’s done a lot of whack shit more recently but dude done a lot for Hip Hop at one point. I don’t know much about JD so I can’t argue on that. Everything in the world has become profit orientated nowadays anyway from music to sports and even sadder video games (Square fucked Final Fantasy up big time).

  53. Swag

  54. Lil B knows exactly what he is doing. I aint gonna lie i was like this nigga dumb as fuck but then i heard the songs like this, the positive ones and now i know all that “suck my dick” shit was just so he could break into the industry and get people to go to his page and see his real music. If you think he is a fool, then you my friend are the fool because that is what he wants you to think

  55. like whatever and listen to whatever you want you got one life enjoy it fuck what anyone else says
