I don’t know how to feel about this posthumous Michael Jackson album. On one end, the entire thing is wrapped under a cloud of controversy due to his death and the “is it really him?” songs that may not even have his vocals. Plus, a Michael Jackson video without Michael Jackson in it is like Harold Melvin without the Blue Notes. On the flip side (and to paraphrase the great bard Dave Chappelle), the ninja made Thriller, which is my favorite anything, and that album effectively cancels out most arguments about music. What a tumultuous decision to make.

“Harold Melvin without the Blue Notes” You’ll never go platinum. haha YES! I’ve been saying that all week before I read this, love it!
Does it really matter? The Girl can dance! dope i think.
Michael or Not the song is dope and the video is pretty neat. I digs.
co-sign the thriller comment.
Dave Chapelle’s paraphrase is ” The nigga made Thriller…..Thriller”
The girl can move! I aint really into this new mix though. The original beat of Hollywood Tonight was much better. This shits like overloaded with percussion. The is cool and shit but it’s weird without Mike.
def. ain’t Mike. his voice was much higher by the time of his death. That’s part of the reason he chopped his nose up so much, to get a higher pitch. Dope video tho, that girl can dance her ass off.
song yes video no
No one would spend this much money on a music video unless it was legit, the song literally is chilling in a creepy way like hearing a dead man’s lyrics is kinda weird, but still an enjoyable song nonetheless
I have strong feeling if Mike were here he would not be singing about hollywood. Who knows what these people are doing with this mans music.
