Like if your raps are super basic but you say swag or whatever the trendy word is at the time and you have twitter followers your dope. I remember when dudes would drop a endless amount of punchlines , now I can listen to a whole album and only hear like 4 or 5 dope lines. This generation needs to step the bars up cause rapping with no direction , no style , no punchlines or conviction is making music weak. Well I played a fool to the age old lesson dont judge a book by its cover. But to a discussion I saw on earlier comments, Punchline Rappers are sick when the punchlines are sick but I get really bored with them fast. The recipe for a good rapper calls for more ingredients than just punchlines but I get the point.
