  1. epic

  2. lol @ wale puff passin the blunt to rozay

go get em wale! im fan

  3. They shouldve put out the video for pandemonium.

  4. HILFIGER>SEAN JOHN
    ANYDAY.

  5. What’s with all these video trailers lately? It’s just a music video. If you turn the music off, half of em would just look retarded lol.

  6. ^^this
    devin,im gonna make u vicepresident

  7. I think Wale is having an identity crisis

  8. mann do anybody got a download link for this version of the song?

  9. @Quickstrike Co-Sign

  10. also co-signs quickstrike

its like how he went from making conscious thoughtful songs to hanging with a wanna be coke dealer ex-cop.honestly i think he just joined maybach music because he needs that money and mainstream backing but you could tell he sold his soul.

    old wale>new fake wale

but besides that this trailer is a beautiful piece of art=)

  11. Talk about a teaser. Geesh! (Click play 2x already)

  12. Wale sucked as a back packer, he sucks as a coke dealer. He makes his money by just playing the game so props to him for that. But do you think Wale will ever be “great” or “very good?” He is just not that talented or skilled.

    @Barack Thanks brother.

  13. @that dude devin..i actually think wale was some significant skills and makes some great songs (mixtape about nothin was a classic to me) but he has no charisma..like nothing stands out about his image, at all no presence on the mic. wack rappers ofte make up with their voice, off the mic persona…wale rapping persona is wale as a person- arrogant, frustrated, confused…its real for him, but corny to erything else

  14. @theboard point taken. i still think he’s wack at the end of the day. he’s not a mother f’d wordsmith lol

  15. Wale >>>>>> Ross

  16. Wale has barely released any songs since he signed with Mayback and ya’ll already saying hes having a crisis identity. 2dopeboyz commenters are the worst.

    I hate hipsters.

  17. Classy ladies. And send a fuckin kid to college instead of blowin 50k worth of 1′s on some sluts.

  18. when did wale said he is dealing coke ? do yall even listen to music or just make ur own shit up ?

  19. Theres a full version of Rick Ross/Wale/Fat Trel/Cobain ‘s Make it Rain.. Search for Debo’s version

  20. Girls: Great
Ross: CO turner Narco turner Rapper
Wale: like Wiz Khalifa, the “old” & the “new”

Co-sign @Quickstrike: Let’s see what happening to Wale Maybach

  21. Wale is most definitely caught up and in a crisis. Dude just wants to make it badly so he is trying to ride both sides of the fence. Wale two years ago wouldnt have ever been in a video dedicated to a strip club…Unfortunately for him, people can see right through him.

  22. wale is in a crisis. i can see why he signed to MMG. he wants to make it. everything from more about nothing and before was dope, he has dope lyrics. sometimes he says shit no one really gets lol but i doubt were gonna see more “hiphop” wale, and more mainstream shit. he has potential to be a great hiphopper

  23. Wale is in a state of confusion. It’s sad because he was dope. Now, he’s lost his soul. Success at what cost. That’s the question. We see this time and time again. We actually will weigh in on a few individuals that might go through the same ordeal on Dead End Hip Hop Conversations (Youtube). The next two episodes we look at Lupe, Jay Electronica, and now, Wale all dropping on Tuesdays.

This is sad. While hip hop itself is become more positive and powerful, we still continue to see entities like this the perpetrate a side of the culture that isn’t the best. This only reinforces a negative look on the culture and does ABSOLUTELY nothing to preserve the culture. I wanted Wale to make it and I thought he would. Not like this. It’s sad to think that we may have lost Wale forever.

  24. ^^that

FUCK OH DOO BU WALL AYE!

  25. Man you people need to chill since when has HipHop been all bout Hipster Rap and Underground? He wants to make music for the masses with Ross let him be. This is a chance for him nothing else to shine. He wont forget where he is coming from..

  26. lol at everyone analyzing every aspect of wale’s life. if he read this shit he’d probably be rofling for people actually caring enough to argue about him.

  27. This is wat Travis Porter’s video SHOULD HAVE looked like lol

  28. butt naked bitches

  29. Couple things: Wale has barely even put out any new songs since signing to Maybach Music, how can you judge what kind of music he does now. The joints I’ve heard from him with Ross besides this are “Play Your Part” & “Pandemonium” and those r some good ass songs, f*ck what u say! On the other hand one part of me is loving the women in this video’s assets, while the other is questioning the value in a superficial life such as that, where women are objectifying themselves in front of such gentlemen as Rozay for money, and Rozay himself could be doing something much more helpful and productive…

  30. And cosign with @rol by the way, he’s in one damn strip club video with Ross, and yall niggas act like he’s doing a Group LP with Waka Flocka Flame & Kesha. Got-damn let the nigga live! It’s just a video, yall overlooking shit too much

  31. Hit the name.

  32. @Kbinge , I dont know if Wale signed his soul over because he seems to be very much firm in his beliefs and in who he is as a person. The deal with Ross must have just been a huge check because I dont know why you would go from working for a corporation with a billions to working for another rapper, So the deal must come with alot of money and free will involved. Speaking of Lupe , it really makes me pissed that Atlantic would tell a artist with grammys and platinum singles to do what they say or else his album aint droppin and cause him to wanna kill himself over it. Lasers is a great album but Lupes heart is not in the music what so ever. Its still a great album but I think Out of My Head wit Trey Songs is prolly the best record. Either that or All black everything. Lasers is put together for the soul purpose of crossover appeal and were lucky that Words I never said is even on it. I just want people to know that if a label can break down an artist like Lupe and totally change his art , to ask themselves ? Who really owns this fucking hip hop shit ? Some bitchass nerds in suits who only care about feeding us junk food or the people who live this culture ? People in the streets have to start BUYING real and creative music like Saigons album. We spend 100s of dollars every week but we only buy commercial hip hop but that is killing our biggest talents. You can buy both commercial and progressive hip hop cause in order to change hip hop it has to start from the numbers 1st. Wale is still a question mark musically to me but him giving is power to someone else is an example of what we need to stop doing unless the company you sign with sticks to their word. Take hip hop out of corporate hands and back to the streets , thats where it belongs. Fuck a million dollar studio , hip hop belongs in that 1st studio a MC records at in the basement somewhere with the 1000 dollar set up with the sounds of the street going on outside and your crew coming threw with whatever you need to get in the zone and spit fire. 2011 take OUR CULTURE BACK TO THE ESSENCE. OK im done ONE

  33. Lol “State of confusion” “identity crisis” Dude is just signed to a label. I didn’t agree w/ Wale signing w/ MMG @ first only because of the man who created it, Officer Ricky. But he already declared that the the subject matter wouldn’t change from past records. It’s not like the guy is toting guns and talking bout grams.

  34. Who the fuck voted this down? Faggot ass bitches

  35. I’m very sad to even see Wale in this video. I just hope dude won’t start doing ignorant song just to make it.

  36. I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE FUCKING WITH WILLIAM. HE GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL SPENT A YEAR AT COLLEGE STUDYING CRIMINAL JUSTICE WORKED AS A CO, LIED ABOUT IT. THEN SAID ON NATIONAL TV I WAS ASKED TO DO IT BY THE OG AND MY TEAM. THEN CLAIMS HE RUNS WITH THE CAROL CITY CARTEL, GETS INVESTIGATED BY THE FEDS AND THEY FIND NO TRACE WHAT SO EVER. AND HE HAD A CLEAN RECORD UNTILL HE BECAME FAMOUS AND 2 3 YEARS AGO HE WAS DONE FOR WEED.
DUDE IS A JOKE AND IS MAKING HIP HOP LOOK REAL BAD. YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A GANGSTA DRUG DEALER WITH LOADS OF MONEY TO BE A GOOD RAPPER. MY DUDE RA DIGGS SAID SOME SHIT ABOUT HIM BEING A FAKE THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER HE LOCKED UP IN PRISON. THERE ARE ALOT OF BEHIND THE SCENE SHIT, DEF JAM WERE PAYING OFF PEOPLE SO THEY DONT SPEAK. WALE & PILL NEED TO GET FAR AWAY FROM THIS FOOL .

  37. Wale is terrible. Yet people think Big Sean can actually rap. When he sounds like a poor man’s FAB and Kanye.

  38. @Kbinge , I dont know if Wale signed his soul over because he seems to be very much firm in his beliefs and in who he is as a person.
    marty mcfly

You can’t be serious. It took him and meek millz the time of a stroke of a pen to start rapping just like Cop Ross.

  39. Wale is the best, with J.Cole eoc nation and mmg.. seriously if wale can drop an album w.o a label obviously holding back his talent, Eg: Not letting him do a song w.o a hook which he has done increadably(add, add part 2, daytona 500, daytona squared, etc al.), and not putting songs like Family affair, Letter, ICE and RAIN, etc, etc… Wale is the truth from his old shit, more about nothing was sick. back to the feature was great w ppl n wale.. more about nothing was amazing too… Attention Deficit 2?! or w.e is gonna be soooo sick if Ross lets Wale work and apparently he is/will.. wale got paid now, got all his money out of interscope and got a big signing bonus to mmg, chill haters.. seeing money haters.

  40. Officer Ricky sucks. Point blank period. Oh cuz, http://soundcloud.com/eastownj/gold

  41. Wow! Thats all I can say after reading all these comments. Like people can we give this guy an actual chance to make some music before we say who he is now. Lets stop jumping to conclusions and just chill out and wait for some actual evidence of this so-called “dramatic” change in lifestyles. Im not sure where his mind is or how he’s doing things but I’ll see eventually. Like most I was skeptical about the MMG signing but I wanna see it play out 1st before I make comments about it. And people who are upset about the video because Wale is in a strip club, ummmm did you think he was gay or something? He’s a regular guy and I guarantee he’s been there before so I dont see wat your talking bout. Because Wale speaks highly of women, but also recognizes he doesnt always. And for the people sayn that Ross should do something productive with his money, that is true, but its not like he doesnt already have charities and programs for the greater good. And Secondly, its his money. And Lastly how many people really do something productive with their cash? At least he is paying this women, you think some of those money-hungry business man are helping people? My point exactly. But lets just see how things go

  42. I’m gonna wait for some music to drop but honestly this kind of videos honestly make me worried about what Wale is becoming. It’s like was desperate to be in a crew these dudes don’t even seem to know each others very well and all suddenly they are best homies. At least on roc nation they don’t pretend anything like Cole said “everybody is doing his thing” there is no need to pretend to be a crew.

  43. @Sensister , Yeah I was being serious because lets be honest if I told you to come work for me for a year and ill pay you a few million dollars you would come running. If Wale changes his subject matter and his lifestyle up , to be honest I wouldnt care because if you want to listen to his conscious raps you can play his old mixtapes. I dont have to much of a problem with baller music as long as the more down to earth hip hop is equally respected. Dumb rappers are starting to think working for crumbs is cool like signing a 360 deal which means they do most the work but have to stay outside the circle when it comes to money. So seeing rappers stand together and do business and make alot of money lets the next generation of rappers know that they dont have to be hoes to make it. Whether your listening to Diddys song Been around the world about balling outta control or listening to G -deps song Everyday about being broke as fuck. Both are classic songs and both serve a purpose in hip hop.

  44. I honestly believe Wale will not change his subject matter too much hes just having fun right now hes finally getting his shin that he has earned and deserved for awhile now

  45. lmao hahahaha wow.. the reason Wale singed with MMG is because Interscope gave up on him a loooong time ago..after the lady gaga single did nothing they stopped funding for his album which is why he had friends doing features on his album (bun b, j cole, melanie, k’naan) etc.. He was going to have a song with travis barker (youtube it) a while back on ustream he answered my question when i asked him “what happened to that song with travis barker?” he said “man there was no money for it”. So signing with ross was the best possibility for him coming off a label that gave up on him. If the label still believed in him they wouldn’t of signed him off like they also did to Lloyd Banks. But Jimmy Lovine is into hit songs and people like him run the death of hip hop. Just yesterday Wale tweeted a pic working with Just Blaze..last time i checked Just Blaze doesn’t produce strip club songs..so leave the dude alone..until he releazes a mixtape or his next album stop judging off of assumptions.

  46. to the ppl sayin Ross changed him, u do realize he did this freestyle last yr, long b4 he signed wit MMG? and to the ppl who say old wale would neva do traks like this, have u never heard penthouse anthem or even his more OG shit, ‘freaks’?

y’all act like u neva been in a stripclub b4, or u dont like women… u aint gotta b conscious 24-7, even common couldnt stick to it

  47. Honestly I just have a bad feeling when I see one of my current fav artists with Ross in that type of video. I’m gonna reserve my definitive judgment to when I here the songs.

  48. One of the WORST songs of the year. At least Ross is consistent though.
I’ll watch the video on mute.

  49. the worst music I have heard in 29 years

  50. Lol I know this is irrelevant, but check out this video about ethics in the club random fuckery
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xv3MlCsYJE&feature=youtube_gdata_player

  51. Shake have notice how a butthurt dude had more than a 3 minute fame, & how you lames gave them more exposure with the “Sorry Kids” post, you guys are just a disgrace to music, to hip hop, to everything, can you get a live performance on jimmy fallon? can you have kanye west say you have video of the year? can you make it on MTV? you ppl at 2dopeboyz fail at life, also you guys post shitty music(dipset, wayne, birdman, gucci mane, waka flocka, Lil B, ect.), but you think you know music? gtfo! hip hop blogs bigger than you (also have better taste than you guys) post our niggas OF, shit rap radar even posts their shit & they’re rick ross fans! its easy to say that OFWGKTA/Tyler The Creator had more than a ‘3 minute’ shine of fame, & what are you doing? posting blogs -__- so yeah you got shitted on by lupe fiasco & Odd Future! also with their movement, they got ppl saying fuck 2dopeboyz, i would know, i showed ppl OFWGKTA in my city, & all they say is fuck 2dopeboyz & Steve Harvey.
SO all i have to say is
    Fuck 2dopeboyz
    Fuck Steve Harvey
    Free Earl
ODDFUTUREWOLFGANGKILLTHEMALL! & if don’t you roll with us
get fucked by the tip of the mountain!

  52. Ain’t nobody forcing you to come on 2dpbz dude.

  53. exactly! if you really dont like 2db then dont come. like shit, no need to come in here saying all that dumb shit. im an avid odd future fan and fuck with their shit real hard, but i still fuck with 2db. just let them do them, if they dont wanna post their music so be it, no need to comment on every post with the same old bullshit bro. besides odd future is doing their thing without 2db so everyone wins in the end.

    -end rant

  54. well i thought maby shake wud read it. i sit by my computer refreshing constantly in hope. im sorry.

  55. wale isn’t going through an identity crisis
ever since he has had success with his feature on no hands hes just been shifting more towards that but its not like when he started he was ALL positive. when he makes an album it will be more hip hop than make it rain trust me

  56. he is greatly lacking in charisma i can 100% agree he will never be on top for real because of that

  57. @EGo
Those girls are most likely trying to get through school themselves.
