  31. @SayWord , AZ was one of the nicest to ever do it , he did a verse on Nas album and got buzz in the industry leading him to a deal. J cole got a deal after Jay z heard one song of his leading him to a verse on BP3. Az should have been just as big as Nas in the beginning of his career but for some reason it just didnt go down like that. You can say im hatin all you want but J cole as got more promo then any artist in the game besides Drake and hes still not in position to drop the album as far as anticipation. Az had a cosign from everybody in the game in 95 just like J cole has the support of everybody now so I thought that was a good comparison.

AZ has indeed put his work in and is a legend but there are alot of similarities in the beginning of both mcs career and how in everybodys mind they were suppose to be huge but when it was album time their impact wasnt as expected. If J cole proves me wrong thats a good thing but if you would compare J cole to anybody in hip hop then go for it.
