  16. Not everybody can be lyrical geniuses. I’d rather a unique sound than a guy who just woke up hit the studio and wrote some shit down with little to no concept or thought. And just raps on the damn mic while the Producer does all the mixing and stuff.

    No I need for the rapper to be an artist. Hip-Hop is an art form. Its sound has to keep changing along with the emcees themselves. Just listening to a beat and some lyrics isnt enough for most people. That makes for pretty mediocre record that I tend to skip a lot when I listen to music.
