    I don’t like Lil Wayne but he’s at least decent/capable of putting together good verse. post-500 Degreez pre-C3 he was actually good, and consistent people tend to forget or deny that fact. Wiz may make good songs, but he is NOT and has never been a good rapper. Most of the time his verses are completely unmemorable
