Every artist states that there upcoming albums are there best to date when its obviously not true. Its just to garner attention.
I honestly think The Doctor’s Advocate was better than The Documentary. He proved that he could do it & still stay relevant without 50 Cent. Don’t lie & say you wasn’t singing One Blood & Wouldn’t Get Far back in 06-07.
LAX was trash tho. That album only got 1 spin from me. Brake Lights was much better, & that was a mixtape.

Documentary is a classic, Doctors Advocate is very good and LAX is good, I hope he can stay at that good level or improve and that the downward trend doesn’t continue.
Purp & Patron really did spark the interest in Game again I must say, for around a year there the situation looks pretty hopeless.
Yeah it’s definitely up for debate because Doc Advocate was nice, wasn’t as popular as The Documentary but he was basically on his own with the beef stuff and Dre. Then alot of people knock LAX and it was dope, he kept it West Coast through the whole album and still made it for everybody, he had a bunch of hot tracks. So he atleast hasn’t dropped a garbage album yet, not many can say that BUT!!! I just hope he stays away from songs like Ain’t No Doubt About It with Justin Timberlake cuz that’s def not him and not gon help him move any records

Nothing that Game releases will be better than the Documentary, back then it was impossible for him to fail. He had the greatest producer in the game in almost every beat, plus he had the hottest rapper at the time helping him….thats not gonna happen ever again.

If you compare Games 1st 3 albums to other artist 1st 3 albums , Game had some dope material. 50 did not make his first album , he just wrote the hooks on a few songs. The RED album will be the 1st time Game has done an album without pressure or beef around him. People always say Game surprises them when he puts out a song and im like what? When did game fall off cause on every project he put out , I can name songs thats better then your favorite artist songs. On the eastcoast and in the south , all you gotta do is make a couple songs and everybody will say your one of the best. A westcoast artist has to drop multiple dope albums just to get a lil mention in hip hop. Hopefully when the RED album drops yall will see Game been spittin that gangsta shit better then alot of mcs. Game >>>>>> Lloyd Banks , 50cent , Fabolous , Fat joe ( and Fat Joe is one of the best , BTW ) and most of the other rappers out.

Game does do alot of name droppin in his shit but there is a method behind that madness so im gon give you the last verse from Games classic song Dreams. One of my favorites from that album. Ps Church for Thugs is one of the best beats Just Blaze has ever done.

Dortor’s Advocate was far superior to Documentary. Game had that anger in him and the production was almost perfect. Game wasn’t always spitting fire on Documentary, and some of the beats were wack IMO.
All his albums are bangers. Documentary is probably my least favorite though…
