If you are worried about rappers having the same samples than you must have started listening to hip hop a month ago because producers all sample the same shit over again. Heartbreaker is missing because the RZA sued The Game over it for putting it on the mixtape. Pretty surprising that RZA would do such a thing, however, it’s been said that the sample was not cleared. Therefore, Game removed it from the “NO DJ” version of his mixtape, which is specifically this one.
