NOBODY should ever touch this song. Just drop it and back away slowly, cuz pretty much no matter who u are, Johnny Cash was a much better artist. And this was one of his best. @Shihaby if u like this track check out “My Shits Fucked Up” by Warren Zevon, similar vibe, similar style of artist.
On a different note, wouldnt production from “Atmosphere” just be production from Ant? Or does Slug work on the boards too?

Im not really trying to make anything a competition, its just disappointing to see this. Anybody thats heard the original is just gonna delete this immediately, so theres kinda no point making it. And no, I dont think he did it justice if this was a tribute, his lyrics were decent but his song construction and lyrical recognition (he obviously didnt understand the original) was awful.

All I have to say is wow. The lyrics are so significant and I think it touches on so many different things. Reading these lyrics gave me a better perspective of his message..
