Let’s be real: Jeezy’s 2010 was not as cracked up as it should have been. Let’s see if he can get back on the right track with this cut featuring his USDA goons. Props to DJ Folk.

  1. fire

  2. What a surprise!! Sounds like every other mediocre “Young” Jeezy song ever created.

  3. You know what would get him back on track? That full version of I DO with Andre 3000!

  4. dopeness!

  5. Horrible. The worst part is that Ross & the Triple C’s would absolutely annihilate this track. Story of Jeezey’s career though, lmfao.

  6. Trap Muisk is dead no one wanna hear tht shit no more.

  7. Jeezy isn’t buzzing any more because of the 3-4 marketing cycle in the music industry. You ever wonder why you hear the same 30 songs on the radio over and over again? Because the major labels are in control. If there were 500 songs on the radio, they wouldn’t sell records because that would be too many artists at once.

The industry cycles rappers every 3-4 years and stops marketing them. Why do you think you here B.o.B. instead of T.I. on the radio now? Travie McCoy over Young Jeezy? Bruno Mars over Ne-Yo? Taio Cruz over T-Pain?

Because they just stop marketing the artist so he’s completely unrecognizable. There’s always the exceptions like Wayne, Kanye, or Jay but that can only happen if the artist can get HUGE. Other wise the label is just going to stop promoting the artist on purpose.

  8. Meant to say 3-4 year marketing cycle in the first line. Basically they will give you 3-4 years of shine and then drop you like a bag of ice. That’s why I was hoping Khalifa would never sign to the majors and solely use the Internet but he sold out like everybody else.

This is partially because of the Illuminati too because they cannot afford for one particular artist to gain too much influence. This is why the illuminati killed ‘Pac because he had so much influence and was ready to expose them.

If an artist stays hot longer than 3-4 years he can gain way too much influence and that’s not good for the locust of control.

I know this is probably way too much for you small-minded mafukas but try to pay attention.

  9. fuck trap music

  10. @Jay

    fuck you

I can see what you’re saying but there’s more to it.

T.I. isn’t on the radio because he’s been in jail which not only hurt his image, but his jail time has also made it difficult to market himself through television, music videos, interviews, radio hosting, etc.
Jeezy isn’t on the radio because he’s been postponing his releases, hasn’t delivered anything of substance, and Gucci/Waka/Ross took over the south/trap scene.
T-Pain isn’t on the radio because auto-tune took the pop route and Jay Sean/Taio Cruz/Ke$ha/etc/etc/etc ran with the trend making T-Pain a one trick pony.

  12. @Jay
you’re theory doesn’t really make too sense..
why would the labels still fund the artists projects if they
had no intentions of promoting it?

Major labels seem pretty stingy with they’re money
unless they can see some kind of profit.

Most rappers do get stale after 3-4 years so what you’re saying
would make sense but it seems to be more of them not being able
to make a hit than their labels lowering priority.

  13. Young Jeezy is still a problem cause he got the streets on his side as well as Rocnation. He could sign wit JAY Z. They been on the road together for 2 years now , Hov cant tell him no. Jeezys name is too big , buzz or no buzz.

  14. Your not an industry insider, and shut that illumanti shit up b, just listen to the music, 2dopeboyz should disable comments sometimes

  15. I think that the reason no one likes young jeezy any more iz because his music is just bad (Recently of coarse)
