@factormax Boy Meets World
Some dude wanted to be a jackass and dislike it. you know Fashawn is the truth bitch
the original is gOod …dnt knoe about this one yet…
this kid really is the west coast nas. the fact that he’s not huge right now and someone like big sean or curren$y goes to show you hip hop is dead. fashawn made this song better.
Big Sean and Curren$y being popular goes to show that hip hop is dead?
James Dean you are one dumb asshole.
@jamesdean How is Hip-Hop dead because Curren$y is more popular than Fashawn? Dude is talented and has an amazing flow. I actually met Fashawn at a show once and he was talking about how he liked Wiz Khalifa a lot and would like to make some songs like him. Wiz and Curren$y basically talk about the same shit and while their subject matter may be limited, it’s not all about lyrics and a socially conscious message. Vibe and flow are just as crucial, if not more important, to being a good emcee. Look at Slum Village for instance.
You can look at any number of 90s artists to see that hip hop has not declined to its ‘death’.
Party music, music about drugs, music about sex, and music about material possessions is not exclusive to the 2000s.
what i mean by my comment is that Fashawn does better party music, albums, conscious records whatever it may be and he gets overlooked cause he’s not fake.. between him and jcole there’s no other new artist that embodies hip hop more. fashawn is from the west, has his own kush strain, skates and makes records that none of those others can touch. you tell me what’s wrong with that picture. stop being sheep. wait till this kid gets on a major. it’s gonna be over.
