  1. I’m gonna keep it 100 about this dude and I am sure ppl will talk shit to me cause whether I am right or wrong they just hate anything that isn’t kissing the artist ass on this site. With all that said lyrically Sha is dope but he has the worst hook writing skills EVER! His hooks are just awful, like really awful. That is the reason why he hasn’t blown in the 8 years since he was suppose to be the “next great one”. He suffers from the disability a lot of lyrcially dope rappers suffer from, their verses are dope, but they can’t write a dope SONG to save their life. I mean song as in verses + a hook.

  8. Rezo weather I agree or disagree with you assessment of Sha’s hook writing skills you ARE reinforcing the notion that a Great hook IS a Great song. A hook that people can remember is essential to a HIT record but not a great song. O Let’s Do It has a memorable hook but is it a Great Song? And if that’s his biggest problem he can get someone else to write his hooks. As long as we agree that he is a exceptional lyricist…I think we all have songs that we dance to and know the hook but couldn’t tell you WTF the person is saying in the verse. “It has a good hook,a dope beat and I can dance to it” ALL THE WAY TURNED UP i couldn’t tell you one lyric in the verse,But I’m sure we won’t be talking about Roscoe Dash as a Dope MC.
