5. before I even read : You are insane. If you affliate yourself with someone who is a flake then what is to occur ? I remember watching Game on an episode of MTV’s richest w/e and he was standing in front of 50 cent’s truck acting as if it was his. Then I first heard him rap on Young buck’s Stomp and he ruined the track. Point is there is no real buzz for the Game and G-unit reunion other than Jayceon begging. Them joining forces again will have the same outcome as before. 50 cent will still be rich and Game fans will still wish they could have a reason to like 50 again.

6. Read it: Still disagree. Curtis has nothing to gain from a disgruntled emloyee returning for a track. He launched Game’s career and the Game is now suffering for not just saying thanx. Curtis Jackson has lost his value with the public because he doesn’t have an ear for music. It benefits him in no way to explore the reunion option – only Jayceon and his fans. It will only further discredit him as a person … you know how people think of the Game.

   50 sort of played himself when he said he was going to retire if “Curtis” didn’t outsell Kanye’s “Graduation”. Then took it back. Then got killed opening week.

If anything the thing that would most benefit them, is if they got back to the streets and the gangsta shit they used to spit and started BEEFING, and i mean Actual beef like stop snitchin stop lyin shit again, and maybe even a celeb boxing match.

    any of those ideas would be mutch better to see, and would gain them more respect, sales (like the sales battles between fif and ye) and more eyes/ears.

The only thing about that is 50 cent and Kanye both had compariable total sales *3 mill plus* on those albums – Curtis supposedly out sold Graduation within a years time – so y was the 1st week crowned as the win ? (here nor there) Anyway his faliures had nothing to do with Game … Game failed alone. 50 cent and Kanye are to blame for all this 1st week bullshit though instead of worrying about good music.

16. that was poor marketing strategy from 50′s team … there should have been a Kanye Feature on Curtis – which was supposed to happen – and a 50 cent feature for Kanye’s first single Good Life – in which Kanye already used the 50 quote in his hook. Then 50 cent wouldn’t have looked like the Fallen Goliath in that whole event, and this still proves 50 cent and staff ruined himself not Game leaving

23. I think you guys forgot the energy that all 5 members of G- unit created in the streets. That same dominance as yet to be made. Not by the Roc or Dipset , even though they came very close. 50 and Game are both set for life so it aint about money. But if they did reunite it would be a problem , cause they would have every force in the industry pushing them , except for Diddy. It wont happen because Curtis holds grudges , which is understandable. But sad to say the energy that G unit made between 2002- 2005 will probaly never be seen again.

30. Sales loss aren’t just related to 50 though and when you pitch it in that skewed perspective then you make it seem like he’s the only one. The highest kid with the most hype only pushes 500 thousand units now 1st week sales which comprise the majority of your sales. The industry has changed and everybody is downloading illegally.

    With that said, I don’t really care to see this happen. Mainly, because it would validate Game and his perspective which is more or less bullshit. 50 is one of the few to stick to his word and not be a complete sellout. I hope he continues to ignore Game and I hope Game finally finds a set of balls to not talk about WHAT WAS.

    You should be talking about how the machine loved 50 Cent, shitted on him to make money, and is now trying to turn coast again by using him. Interscope is behind this push to reunite them and in the long run it won’t be good for anybody but Interscope.

    You’re also fooling yourself if you think Aftermath made 50.

    G-Unit reunion isn’t beneficial for themselves but for the hip hop community. It would boost both Game and 50′s sales.
