Yeah, Wiz isn’t really a rookie, and even if he was, Cole is much more well known while it seems he has tasted much greater success.
If Bun B got 5 Mics for Trill OG (which was a fine album, but not quite perfect if you ask me) Kanye should get5 too. But this is the same magazine that gave 4-1/2 mics to The Chronic, 2001, Supreme Clientele, 36 Chambers, Ready To Die and OB4CL 4-1/2 AND gave MMLP, Doggystyle, and Reasonable Doubt 4 mics each. But hey, at least Lil Kim got that 5 mics for her classic…whatever the fuck that album was called.

Its a shame that his past mixtapes ‘Flight School’ and ‘Burn After Rolling’ didn’t gain the mainstream notoriety that it should get because those 2 were better than ‘Kush & OJ’. Rick Ross spot I disagree with though. Oh well. Shout out to Wiz Khalifa.

Most of the people now-a-days aren’t real Wiz fans. They heard K&OJ and all of a sudden said “Oh, he talks about smoking… he’s my favorite now.” I have been listening to Wiz back since Prince of the City & StarPower (the older fans know what I am talking about). Personally, I do not like Wiz anymore since he became known from K&OJ. I really only listen to semi/underground people b/c when a artist is mainstream, he has to make the music that ‘everyone’ wants to listen to instead of doing his own thing.
