Yo what’s up with this trend of every rapper talking about how they got played and cheated on? Budden always pulled it off, cause that’s kinda his style, but it seems like everyone is rappin’ about how their girl is getting dicked down by someone else. I’m not asking a rhetorical question, but when did all this start? It wasn’t something I remembered in hip-hop before a few years ago, but it’s every other day now. I definitely agree. That’s what I was thinking as a heard like the first minutes worth. The beat is on Eminem’s “Slim Shady LP” type production and his flow/delivery seems like he’s trying to mimic that too.
