Ever since Em ‘came back’ he has been yelling instead of rapping and it is very annoying. I don’t exactly understand why he does it but he does it on basically every single song. If you listen to Recovery for more than 15 mins it starts to piss you the fuck off. Thing is the Em stans will never admit anything is wrong with their ‘white hero’ but he is borderline wack now. He should have hung it up for good about 5 years ago and just enjoyed his money.

I enjoyed this one even more than the first one… it’s a bit different. All comes down to subjectivity of course, and I just personally HONESTLY enjoyed this one more. Rihanna is as brilliant as always… and I love it how Eminem masterfully took on the role of the abusive husband/partner. Lots of emotion in this one, it is bound to get over a million digital sales on iTunes in a month or so.

Wack.. mostly due to the production. Those heavy drums are ineffective, just dilute everything sharp, resonant and evocative about the first one. Then when Em comes in trying to inject intensity, he sounds kinda out of place (his verse would fit better into the first one) even though his verse is as lyrically adept as each on the original
