celtics are winning pretty convincingly right now but that’s not the reason I feel that they are good enough to knock off the heat later on in the playoffs. miami is playing together for the first time (wade was injured). whole new cast. but the celts have a deep roster man. that nate robinson/delonte west off the bench backcourt is going to be a problem. also perkins and shaq will provide that size on defense that miami can’t handle. shaq looks healthy and fit but they need him to be a presence more than anything. chris bosh is going to get into serious foul trouble all year long. he has joel anthony playing center next to him! terrible. that said miami is going to be good especially in regular season ball. but when the playoffs come, and its half court battles, they’ll have trouble

You clearly didn’t watch game 7 if you feel like the refs called it unfairly. Also what incentive would the nba have in making the lakers champs and not the celtics? the celtics are just as big a draw as the lakers. and the nba would be better served if kobe never surpassed mj’s legacy (which he won’t) bc mj is like keyser soze. also factor in that we had a much bigger team than the celtics and that the celtics lost kendrick perkins. also keep in mind that fatigue played a huge issue in that 4th quarter. the lakers were too big and wore down the celtics inside for offensive rebounds and yes KG couldn’t guard Gasol (who shot 13 ft) so he fouled him. Gasol outplayed him all series. So I think its pretty wack when people make this “Oh, the refs wanted the lakers to win…” The lakers score in the paint. The celtics are a jump shooting spread the floor team. So of course the lakers will get more ft.
