Ever since his first couple albums I been lookin for some Kanye that’s just straight bars (like when he’s a feature in a song) but even with this direction he’s going in its still dope. And those features just let you know that version of Ye is still alive and well.
For the record I don’t necessarily agree with the ballet dancers but I ain’t hatin either

The whole ballet thing is weird but I like different shit. The whole “gangsta” and “pimp” image in hip hop is real played out. When I hear rappers talking about drugs and guns now I just turn the song off. Hip hop needs to evolve to just being about being creative and just flat out talented. Kanye defines both.
It’s like he brings his phenix girlfriend around to a bunch of different places, and different things happen to them and the world rejects them GQ did a really good write up about it actually call 100 things Kanye taught us or something like that. Good read.

@Rezo there’s nothing wrong with rappers talking bout drugs, guns, pimps, and whatever if thats what they know and relate to..don’t mean they lack talent but if they’re being phony with it then there’s a problem

idk, this teaser doesnt really give a glimspe into wat the movie will be about besides the ballerina ish. the thing thats buggin me is that the songs dont have anything to do with the assumed subject matter….i wouldve liked it better if kanye created a separate score for his film…i really want kanye to get behind the boards on an actual film
