First
I am the only who thought Revolutions Per Minute was subpar and wasn’t worth the wait?…no hate, but I think The Blast>>>>RPM. Just sayin’…
the first Reflection Eternal was definitely better and is a classic, but i still think RPM is a good album. expectations were probably too high, kweli and hi-tek couldn’t do another Train of Thought cuz it’s unique..
nice vid.
@Your Father….
let’s just say i haven’t given RPM many spins since it came out…and im still playing almost everything else in my daily rotation…i guess your right
I didn’t give this album a chance when it came out too, but once I played it and throughly listened to it. Man what an amazing album this is. This track right here is my favorite off the album, glad they did a video for it.
I’m not so sure about the music video …
Yeah I was hoping the music video would follow more of the story line Kweli is spittin about.
Yeah i just imagined a darker, grittier video for this song… Should have been more contrast.
@Your Father @yukid I didn’t like RPM that much first either, but once I gave a couple of spins I felt it like crazy. Easily one of my favorites of 2010
did the exact opposite to me… i really dug it at first, by now i feel like it’s just above average.
I’m sorry….but Get Loose w/ Chester French is just CRYING OUT to be a SINGLE. that joint was nice. whole RPM was good…not great…just good.
