The past weekend was highlighted by Randy Moss’ return to the Minnesota Vikings, but that may have been overshadowed by allegations of Brett Favre showing off his third leg [||] to a female reporter. The surprising losses from the Packers, Saints and Chargers has everybody changing their predictions for Super Bowl champs, and Detroit played their most complete game in years beating up on the Rams.
On the (2)Dope Madden League front, only eight games were played, so you know what that means: 16 spots will be opened up for anybody else wanting to join in by the time you finish reading this post. How to join in is simple:
* Have a PS3 [of course]
* Have a copy of Madden 11 [of course]
* in the franchise section of online play, go to “Join Franchise” and search “2DopeMadden”
* If it asks for a password, it is “2dope”
* Pick your team and join in
Games take place during the following times, unless another time is requested between the two opponents (which you two will have to coordinate together):
* Saturday by 9pm EST
* Sunday by 6pm EST
If you’re having problems trying to get a game with your opponent (for example, if your opponent does not show up during the week or continually quits mid-game when behind by a lot) contact me (my user name has the (C) indicting who the commissioner is) and let me know so I will take care of things properly.
