Album leaked, and it didn’t live up to the expectations, as usual.
Mos Def, along with a few other features made this album, but since he wasn’t able to be on the album because of legalities, the stock on this dropped, immensely.
Can’t wait for the free songs Ski’s gonna release, because that was the only shit worth listening to on 24HKS. The best joints on the album we’ve heard for months now, don’t expect too much out of the whole album.
2/5 stars. Very disappointing considering all the hype and delays.

people are kind of overreacting just cause mos isnt on the project anymore…the album isnt the classic or album of the year worthy project most of you expected but it is what it is, a decent album that is well produced throughout but features some rappers that are just out of their league…mos’s appearances wouldve added a lot to the album but we still have those songs so this entire fiasco of it being delayed and whatnot isnt a total loss for anyone because we now know what couldve been and ski can still be pleased with that

Replace “Prowler 2″ with the other one WITH Mos Def that leaked. Then add “24 Hour Karate School” which leaked. Then add “Cream Of The Planet” which leaked. Then add “Taxi” …well u can guess it…which leaked. Sounds to me like you can fix what should have been….so do it lol.

ya’ll hatin, Ski is releasing 2 versions of the album and non of the songs on the album are wack lol. if u think that then that meens u hatin on joell ortiz, tabi boney, wiz, cool kids, stalley, jay elect, camp lo, and spitta? cmon there aint nobody fuckin with that lineup i just named thats the future right there (besides camp), and over ski’s beats cmon thats crack. album is dope dont listen to these waka flocka listeners.
I haven’t given the CD a full listen yet (I just haven’t had the time) but Mos Def or not the lineup is really impressive. Looks like the Blakroc project with Ski Beatz on the boards so I’m not seeing how the project would suck.
Uptown Saturday Night keeps Ski in my top 5 producers I can’t imagine the CD being ‘plain’ or ‘boring’.
The original beat for the jones/curren$y joint is waaaaaay better.
