It took almost a year (probably to find Blu to make an appearance), but we finally get some visuals to their collaboration off the super cute singer’s UnFresh LP.

Feels like this song is from forever ago. Still love it. It’s nice to have some visuals though. Andy Allo is an extremely talented singer and very beautiful.

Man, this is ironic, because I was listening to “Below The Heavens” this morning, wondering what’s been up with Blu, and then I see two posts today regarding him; an interview and this. This joint has always been dope and Andy Allo is super talented and beautiful.
He needs to get back with Exile and drop another classic. This is not to stir any bad or negative stuff up, (and I’m a huge J. Cole fan), but doesn’t it seem like J. Cole is now embarking on a lane/style that Blu should have been bringing to the forefront about three years ago. “Below The Heavens” and Blu’s style in general is sort of like the vibe/approach J. Cole takes, except it seems that Cole has a tad more edge. Either way, Cole is slowly bring that edgier, lyrical hip-hop closer to the mainstream again (ex. Who Dat is #4 on “106 and Park” of all places, etc) and that seems like something Blu should have been (or hopefully still can) capitalize on…

@M. Hannah
I totally feel you bro and agree with a lot of what you said. But at the end of day artists are gonna do what they think is best for them regardless of what their fans think and if Blu felt like he had to step away from the spotlight for a minute and take care of other shit then hey that’s what it is. Hopefully he will come back with some classic shit from this little hiatus he’s took.

I listened to Below the Heavens last night because of the Blu interview that was posted last night. It just might be my favorite album of all time. It gets better with each listen.
