I like Flight Club and all, but they’re way too expensive for their own good sometimes. Maybe when they consolidate those three stores out here into one that would change (doubt it, though). Anyways, K.R.I.T. hits up one of the stores in New York to grab a pair of Spiz’ikes.

Flight Club = Good Selection. Bad Prices. do a lil more research, and you’ll find the same shoe (non fakies) ur looking for for about 30-50% cheaper!
exactly.
That store (on Greene St.) is actually closed right now because they just opened a huge new store on Broadway b/w 10th and 11th (i.e. consolidating the three stores) two days ago and the place is crazy. And by crazy I mean just a lot bigger than the other ones. Whatever, it’s still a dope as fuck store.
It a consignment store…its suposed to be expensive, they are seling other peoples shoes for them. Or did yall miss that while prenteding to like “kicks”.
^^ took the words out my mouth. they’re only get 20%-30% from each sale
Johnny Shipes hella funny lol
In 2005… I stopped into the Greene St. location, during my first week in nyc for school…. we don’t have exclusive kick spots where I’m from… so I was really interested. Before I left, I asked the guy at the desk…”how’s business going?”….. this guy lost his mind… screaming at me.. “how much money do u have in your pocket?” “who the fuck do you know?”… “i dont know you”… “fuck outta here”…… lol
Dont ever ask them questions about their business!

First rule of networking with business reps is to never let what you said come out ya mouth, especially when you don’t know dude. People don’t just like to divulge financial info to randoms. Also if you’re in NY, that’s a big no no.

relax my man…. any smart business man would have said something like … “you know how it is”… or even a “grindin”. You took it out of context just like he did lol… the manner in which I said what I said… was simply “small talk”.. and any normal person would have realized.
But… I’ll be sure to write down your advice, for the next time I’m “networking with business reps” in NYC, bro.
FUCK THE celtics!
