Bring It Back: Obie Trice – Average Man x We All Die One Day f. Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent & Eminem

With the recent release of Obie’s new street single I felt the need to slide the iPod wheel to his debut and vibe out. I forgot how much I really enjoy Cheers. I could’ve easily chosen any of the 17 tracks for this post but decided to go with these. You can lose your face, in the fool’s race. I pulled my tool first, n*gga you was in second place. And second place just means you didn’t react with hast. And this differentiates life or murder being the case

  14. Cheers is in my top 10 abums

  15. @November3leven banks has only built a top-5-following and stayed relevant for years by way of mixtapes. he just went above your comprehension level, thats all.

  16. We All Die One Day was (and still is) one of the greatest tracks I’ve ever heard. Em killed it.

I always thought when 50 said “Sorry Kim”, he meant Lil’ Kim, but after hearing what happened between him and Kim Osorio, was he talking about her instead?

  17. We all die one day is classic. Obie’s 2nd album was classic to me.

  18. shakeimposter, Did you get bitch slapped by lupes crew too??

  19. this obie album get sconstant replay at my end

  28. This album was like The Eminem Show… Dope from the beginning to the end!
O Trice never gonna make a better album than this!!

  29. incredible album! obie had a lot of promise

  30. The most slept on album in the history of the game. Cheers was/is a classic….Still in heavy rotation…

  31. damn wish there was still music like this out here.

  32. Great album….dude is constantly underrated I also miss THAT buck-tooth-arrogant-as-fuck 50 cent on records.

They just don’t seem to make records let alone albums like that anymore

  33. Average Man = the best first song on an album I’ve ever heard. Saddening that so many heads slept on this album.

  34. Damn Em fucking flowed on Die One Day. That’s that dope shit, not that forced strained ass shit he did on Forever and Airplanes. This is one of Em’s top 10 verses to me, just cause it’s so effortless, but still powerful. Banks murdered the hook and his verse, this was a rare time where all these guys where on fire at the same time. Great time for raw shit.

  35. lloyd banks is the god damn shit.

  36. obie trice, real name no gimmicks

  37. DOPE

  38. now dat i think about it, Eminem’s prolly da most underrated producer of all time.
i mean i could name at least 30 beats he produced dat murder.

  39. Still give this album spins and regular basis.

  40. love it

  41. people forgot about ‘The Set Up’? best track by far

  42. A nice nigga with the most boring production ever! Thanx Em.

  43. The most slept on album in the history of the game. Cheers was/is a classic….Still in heavy rotation…
