  1. No disrespect to Cube but has this dude ever heard of Pun, Em, Nas, Biggie?? Just sayin

  2. hey 2dbz you guys should post laws performing “so nice” at the espys im surprised the dude got the chance

  3. Scarface > ice cube

  4. Muggs is str8 oldschool. He mentioned classic albums that inspired his dark and Grimey sound. I’m a true hip hop head. His list was official. You young scrappy’s do your homework. Most of your favorite rappers got they style from the Golden Age Rappers.

  5. Dude wasn’t sayin’ that shit when Cube was jackin’ B Real’s lines and Cypress Hill songs. lol

  6. He wasn’t asked about Pun, Em, Nas or Big, clown.

  7. His list surprised me…in a good way.

  8. Muggs is clearly a golden age fan. His list was dope. I wouldn’t agree with it, but that’s only because I’m a fan of 90s hip hop more.

  9. Scarface > ice cube

Maybe now. But Cube inspired/influenced and paved the way for Face, not the other way around. And Cube circa ’90/’91 was almost without peer. He was the absolute BEST at that time.

Muggs used to be one of the hands down best producers in hip hop too. He had Dre lookin up to him at one point.

  10. RESPECT THIS MAN RIGHT HERE. i went crazy when he said lauryn hill. nothin else i can say. im drunk. peace

  11. my top five would be:
    1) Nas – Illmatic 2) Lupe Fiasco – Food & Liquor 3) Outkast – Aquemini 4) Eminem – The Slim Shady LP 5) Jay-Z – Reasonable Doubt

  12. Dude said Ultramagnetic MCs Critcal Beatdown! Muggs does his history.

I love Golden Era Hip Hop but seriously, in the words of 2Pac
“Aint Nothin Like The Ol School!!!”
