Oh and QuESt, there are haters on here, but just cuz some of us criticize doesn’t mean we’re hating. We’re the ones looking out for you, knowing you can be better and trying to help you become your own artist. A lot of nuthuggers will just feed into an artist’s complacency (i.e. Nas’ late 90s work). But I’m not saying we’re gonna criticize, even if the song’s dope, just so you don’t feel too confident. If it’s a great track, real recognize real.

Flow was dope. Yes you can find touches of Jay in there, but that’s not really a knock against him.
I’ll admit I became somewhat of a fan Distant Travels Into Soul Theory. I really didn’t like Broken Headphones (probably the only person that didn’t). Too darkish, slow, and I think had a lot religious themes, (I could be wrong. I went through it once and forgot about it).
I will say the latest tracks have started to bring me back in again. I’d like to hear Quest on a more upbeat track though.
