  10. I used to be a big fan of Game’s. First album was near classic, to me. Sure he name-drops like selective tourettes, but it was acceptable when he had dope rhymes, hooks, beats.

    Right now, I think Game is just going thru a mid-life crisis, or an artistic version of that. He doesn’t know who he wants to be, or who he should be. He entered the game in an era of gangsters and guns, and with that now out of fashion, he doesn’t want to go the way of 50 Cent. Like that Cudi-esque picture suggests, he’s just trying to stay relevant, and at the same time stay the same. This results in the uninspiring garbage he’s been cranking out recently. It’s painful, cuz with this much exposure, a lot of people will seem him stumbling and faltering. Hopefully he can gain his footing again.
