There’s no comparison between J. Cole and Drake. For example, take this song: you can’t say J. Cole sings better than Drake… because Drake doesn’t sing! He uses autotune (and can’t sing his own songs live, which is sad!). What J. Cole did here though was human: you could feel the emotion behind it!

J. Cole is in his early ‘So Far Gone’ stage right now – building an
underground and slightly mainstream following. The only difference is Wayne

Please’ or ‘Who Dat’.

this shit is SO flames. i played it like 10 times straight. whoever said that Cole is great matching his flow and voice to the perfect beat was on point. I think it has a lot to do with the fact he’s producing his own shit (and hes gettin damn good too). Plus he has lyrics to go with such great sounding music, its jus dope. His joints have such a great feeling to them, I jus vibe with his music. Highly anticipatin the album

I love how Cole sings it, its real genuine even if it is off key. I hope to hear more hooks like that from him. Looks like this dudes got a bright future and regardless of the comparisons and criticism, I’m coping this upcoming album. And HUGE shoutout to NYC/BROOKLYN.
