Lil Wayne to Drop EP in September

Despite being locked up, Wayne will be releasing an EP full of new material on his birthday (September 27th) entitled I’m Not A Human Being. According to his manager (Cortez Bryant), there will be no huge promo run and it will not be in stores. “We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas. Give ‘em a hard copy later for fan appreciation.” Looks like a prelude to Tha Carter IV is on the horizon…
