  1. I don’t see why not, Premier is pretty much doing whatever he wants, and I think Pete Rock is independent as well? So this is going to happen, just don’t know when.

  2. I’ve heard this in the past, like a couple months ago. Some emcee was supposed to be a part of it but it was never mentioned who.

    I want to hear a new cat over this – J. Cole, Reks, Elzhi, Bishop.

  9. hope, they just get one MC or 2 on this project. like a Nas or Jay Elect or Elzhi. Too many MCs muddles the focus of the music, i think. and haha how does Pete Rock not know how to spell ‘Premier’ after all these years? 9th on it would just make it that much doper.

  22. they should feature mainly MCs from the 80s/90s who are looked at as influential MCs today just as pete rock and premo are looked at as influential producers, people like rakim, slick rick, nas, chuck d, krs-one, but a few newer names like skyzoo, sha stimuli, obviously they shouldnt over do it with the features but it would be good to see a small handful of legends on there and maybe some newer MCs to let drake/lil wayne/gucci fans know who to really look up to in hip-hop nowadays

    and i agree this is wouldve been good in the 90s-early 2000s
