  9. Im not a Rick Ross fan AT ALL, but his music is better than it used to be and he’s more relevant than he was before it, so how could it be #1? There were at least 20 stories on the list more deserving, and more than a few that didn’t even make the list. I don’t get how they straight up dissed Electric Circus…the album had some terrible misses, but it had some dope tracks too. It’s better than Encore, yet they say Eminem hasn’t had any misses?
