I miss the dearly departed days of Tha Liks, Likwit Junkies, Lootpack, etc. Back when X to the Z was going in hardbody, when most heads were still on some backpacker shit and Sway, King Tech & DJ Revolution were running the airwaves. Good times! The bassline on this joint off Coast II Coast is demented!

coast ii coast is an end to end burner! wlix, all the way live, 21 and under, daam, and next level are classic joints. they don’t make albums like they used to.
it’s been said in nearly everyone of know-one’s (2)deep post but it bears repeating: this section is the isht! it feels like my high school reunion with all us old folk reminiscing over the [sigh] good old days.
@bushytop

“all the way live” is my shit. a (2)dope party jam too. i love q tips verse
No bullsh*t, I thought about this song last night. This was random as hell!!!
“The safest way to have sex is right between the….”
Started with me thinking about the Soul on Ice remix and how Ras probably tapped Diamond for production after doin this joint for the Licks.
DJ Revolution is god
^True that
Rev totally changed my perspective on a real DJ. “In 12′s We Trust” is str8 up classic material. I also love “Hip Hop Classics In The Mix”
Do ya history youngins!
However, what does Rev have 2 do w/ this post? lol
One of the most consistent rap albums ever.
Met Xzibit and J-Ro once after a show. X was so down to earth and we had like a 10 minute conversation. He hadn’t released Paparazzi yet even. And I guess it helped that we were wearing the same Helly Hansen jackets. But dude was cool. J-Ro was cool too, but he was kinda on some arrogant shit. It was good times.
