Just to clarify, NIG is short for Niger, a country in Africa. Nigeria, a different country in Africa, is abbreviated as NGR. Nigeria’s flag has white and green vertical stripes and you can clearly see by the screen shot that Niger has quite a different look.

Yes it is Niger(NIG), a completely different country to Nigeria(NGA). Now, the legal age of consent in South Africa is 14 for females only(For men the age is 18, which may have been recently dropped to 16). This is due to the custom of arranged marriages which is prevalent in some cultures here. As soon as a girl has her period she is ready for marriage, usually around 14.
