scribble jam wasn’t just about battle rap. it was all the elements in battle form with concerts, merch booths, anything and everything hip hop. it lasted i think for at least 10 years and stopped i believe in ’07. you can buy the dvds. all are worth it. it was getting huge, but i think it was also losing a certain sprit to it to. but its was legendary

also the EMSEE battle is not a tradional battle. mcs watch a screen and rap about what they see on the screen. hence the emSEE pharse. manchild (marsILL AND deepspace5) won in alanta last year and got to work with 9th wonder. that part of the prize. overall this is REALLY off the dome type of battle.
Eminem should sign the winner or something cuz i heard he was rebuilding Shady Records, just cashis and slaughterhouse aint enough

One thing i noticed about AAALL Em’s old freestyle’s is that he recycled all those punchlines for his Slim Shady LP. Which trips me out sometimes when i find old freestyles like this
