This is only my point of view (With the leaks and buzz in consideration) , He’ll do anyehere between 3,000-400,000 in The US. Outside of the states may be a different story.

Co-sign that both pieces look better than the album cover oh and to the comment up top, if you look @ Billboard you will see he has the #1 Rap song, with Over (it’s #21 on the Hot 100) and Find Your Love is #13 on the Hot 100. Miss Me debuted @ #55 but even with all this hype/buzz and industry push from mainstream artist I can’t see the album doing more than 600,000 copies.

Drake’s album would actually be alot better if he went the R&B route rather than trying to rap. Karaoke is the best song but he pretty much fucks it up with his raps. Other than that, there are 2-3 tracks with replay value mostly due to who is featured, not cuz of Drake.
The Record Industry is in a state of 911. He’ll be lucky to sell 100K.

The art work is hot, as far as record sales though, he will not sell a million his first week (that’s just the climate of the industry at this time) but this album will definitely sell well. I see this album selling anywhere from 2.5 mil to 3 mil when it is said and done. Is it a classic….only time will dictate that (just look at how Resonable Doubt didn’t became a classic album until releasing Jay-Z’s 3rd album). There was so much pressure on this dude to create the greatest album of his time, that a lot of people will miss what he has accomplished with this album, and he will never measure up to some people’s expectations anyway. But all in all, this is an album that a lot of women will be buying, and a lot of parents will buy for their kids (Drake reminds me of what Heavy D was to hip hop at his peak….your momma, ya pops, and ya grand parents loved Heavy D, it will be the same for Drake). I am going to purchase this album because regardless of the outcome it will be a classic hit or miss.
