  18. Joell is the best out right now, period. Hes bringing back the days when rappers focused on coming up with clever lines. It makes me smile knowing this dude is getting played and mentioned left and right on the radio stations out here in NYC. Its about time someone other than these non-lyrical commercial ass rappers getting shine. A true emcee killing it.
