  24. ^^ Detroit has the most consistent emcees? Umm…I think millions of hip hop fans from NY would beg to differ. Detroit has Em and then who? If they were consistent they would be consistently played and mentioned. Nobody outside of Detroit mentions Detroit rappers other than Eminem, unless you are talking about just underground fans, then you can add Royce and maybe a couple of other rappers. Even still Detroit is not even close to the level of NY, excluding Em I could name at least 20 NY rappers before I would even consider a Detroit rapper. I would also put Chicago and Philly ahead of Detroit also.
