  3. dooope!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sG-1KAN4X_w

  4. Chorus can use some work.

  5. sounds similar…oh that right its like every other dance music. Cmon ne-yo give me some good r&b shit.

  6. This shit is suspect Shake. You been waiting on this? Where the fuck you chillin’ at that you waiting on shit like this? I suggest you put up one of your “Shake Updates” – SHAKE UPDATE: I was drunk when I stated I was waiting on this, but shouts to gay.com for the HEADS UP.

  7. this shit is wack

  8. Eh, it’s alright.

  9. lol not only is shake late on this, hes gay as hell

  10. ah man.. ne-yo why put out whack music like this? ah yeah cos it sells.

  11. shit fire wtf yall talking about

  12. smh

  13. see y’all fucked up. Shake wasn’t waitin’ on this shit for HIM. He was waitin on it for the BITCHES. pimpin’ 101, thought negros knew…

  14. super gay….why are people making this type of gay ass european gay club bullshit??? Some David Guetta/Adam Lambert gay shit.

Shit is terrible and I’m very disappointed in Ne-Yo….all this buildup, nice cover etc. and THIS is what the shit sounds like? This is by far the worst song I’ve heard from this man. Especially right after the trillness that was the Super High hook. He tried everybody with this one.

Estelle, Ne-Yo, usher OMG, and many others that I can’t remember because I immediately deleted that shit are making that fuck boy music instead of sticking with the trill.

  15. It’s definitely not his best and we can all admit to that, but it is far from suckin’

  16. You guys don’t understand the music business do you? This shit is fucking FIRE. This will crossover from R&b, to pop, and to the house/dance music market. This is what the mainstream WANTS right now. Think of Taio Cruz’s “Break Your Heart”, Jason DeRulo’s “In My Head”, Usher’s “OMG”, all Lady gaga shit, David Guetta’s “Sexy Bitch”, and even Lil Wayne dropped on a house song, “That Money” with Dj Irwan. It’s what is HOT right now. And closer did well (peaked at #7), so why shouldn’t this do well?

  17. ^^cosign

  18. Pop is pop, it will always tries and crossover with what’s “hot”. 2000 – 2005 Pop had that psuedo hip hop sound, now pop has a psuedo house/dance sound. Besides, the actual song will be obsolete once the big time dance DJs remix it and becomes a worldwide senstation. It’s a shame that Ne Yo went that route, but it’s a single, doesn’t mean the rest of the album won’t be quality r&b.

  19. shit is straight tony romo status..wtf is this sweet ass shit..damn neyo…trey aint got to worry about from here on out

  20. got 2 say im not feelin it righ now but it will prolly grow on me..

  21. every album ne-yo drops, he has countless BETTER tracks that aren’t put on the album. Dude releases so many songs, i have no idea who chooses the tracks for the album, and why, but they need to figure it out. This song is weak as hell and I’m a pretty big Ne-Yo fan.

  22. DJSANiTY<< Yea ur right it ticks the cross over box, but that dont stop it from being straight up wack..this is so generic its terrible, and the chorus, ouch its lacking inspiration.

  23. DJSanity I don’t give a fuck if it crosses over…all that shit you listed is wack as fuck and gay as hell…let Lady Gaga or some other gay ass artist do that shit. What’s HOT aint what got him the respect and recognition he reaps right now. Get back in the lab, make some real music and quit bullshitting.

Closer is a million kabillion times better than this track right here. Beautiful Monster is the worst. It has this dark cover and this gay ass happy dance vibe.

It started out like it was going to be some Michael Jackson thriller type shit…then he goes “she’s a monster” it turns into this gay ass beat and makes you think of that gay ass tranny movie with Wesley Snipes and those two guys that they play on the worst station ever BET.

Bottom line….he needs to scrap this idea…thank the lord the album comes out in September. He has time to correct this.

  24. Mortal kombat?

  25. you guys are gay as fuck

  26. Get the fuck outta here with this Jersey shore bullshit house music. I’ve become less and less a fan of Ne-Yo since his first album. If this is any indication of what the new album will be like, I’ll pass.

  27. ya’ll are so fucking close minded it surprising you can get any damn thoughts out.

house music bumps right now and is like ALL that plays in europe as of this year and the u.s. market is playing catch up. niggas cant depend on you fickle ass downloading hip-hop internet fans to buy shit, so they make music that makes them money.

“on the internet they like you should spit it/i’m like you should buy it/ nigga that’s good business” – Jay-Z

  28. Never seen the word “gay” so many times in the c-section till today…makes me wonder bout some of yall

  29. Jonnie said it best, using the word gay, makes you gay. Not sure what we would do without great logic like that in our world.

What’s up with the massive fucking Gatorade ad?

  30. SOUND LIKE SOME SHIT U HEAR IM AMBERCROMIBE

  31. Fave r&b act!

  32. Vote for Alicia Keys Un-Thinkable (I’m Ready) at http://bit.ly/OpFhf and whatch her video at http://bit.ly/cb1QBp

  33. Does anyone on this site actually go clubbing? I mean clubbing at the bar with your friends? Girls feel music like this. Idk about you, but when I go to the club I’m there to drink, dance, and bring a girl home. The haters sound like the guy standing in the corner who knows every lyric singing it to himself, as far from the bitches as possible.
Were you going to listen to Ne-Yo either way? because that in itself is more suspect than this song.

  34. olugbam & Wowyouguys, you guys obviously understand the business…good remarks. I completely agree.

And yes, look at Ne-Yo’s past two albums, “Because Of You” & “Year Of The Gentleman”. Both first singles (respectively) were “Because Of You” and “Closer”. BOTH of those songs had an upbeat dance-feel to them. However, the rest of the album was MAINLY his traditional contemporary R&B. You guys gotta understand that singles have to be marketed to what the mainstream wants (which is dance/house music right now). And why do you say those songs are “Gay”? Just because its Pop its gay? You’re all close minded who think that type of music is “gay.” -__- I bet if a pop artist asked you to spit a verse on a dance track like Ludacris did on “Break Your Heart”, a surefire #1 single, you would do it in a HEARTBEAT. stop f*cking hating.

  35. fa real – everything is gay to yall cats… I will admit I was amped when the beat first came on, then I was like wtf? and started laughin, but this shit rocks, Ne-Yo’s lyrics are always on point, and he is smart with his music choices, that’s why he is where he is now and most of yall are at home in ya hot ass room hatin

  36. I enjoyed it, but I think Gaga owns the entire idea of the word “monster” as far as pop songs go ;) But I like this club music wave. Much more fun than “kill a nigga” shit.

  37. Gay Bar Anthem right here…I’ll pass

  38. EVERYBODY WHO LIKE THIS ANINT GOT NO BITCHES YALL A BUNCH OF FAGGOT WHITE BOYS WHO MOM AND DAD TAKE CARE OF YALL SO GO FUCK URSELF U SCARY BITCHES

  39. ^Agreed. This song is definitely for some metrosexual, Abercrombie, ripped jean wearing fucks. If you’re into that, go for it. Not my stylo niggas.

  40. its for the fuckin CLUB. people don’t fucking dance to slaughterhouse at the club. club djs buy this shit and spin it. other djs buy it and remix. clubbers buy it and dance to it. he ain’t making music to sell to a market segment (read: the 2dbz c-section) that doesn’t buy albums. nigga wants money. hate on that but it’s smart. oh and people LIKE this shit. just cause it’s not your kind of music, doesn’t mean its bad. you’ll never listen to taylor swift or celine dion or elton john -fuck, i wouldnt either- but they all have fucking grammies. neyo never signed a contract saying he’d only make straight r&b. he’s an artist. if some other style of music gets his interest, he’s allowed to fucking make it. stop hating so damn hard, calling everything gay. it’s not bad r&b cause its not fucking r&b, and that my friends, is O.K.

“People hate what they dont understand”
    -Nasty Nasir Jones

  41. I’m not into Ne-Yo’s dance or club type songs that much but I think this 1 is pretty good! It sounds like it will be big in the clubs overseas to!

  42. fuck boy music
